Usage & Care
  • Usage: The weight surface is very smooth due to the soft-touch silicone, so avoid scratches from sharp or hard objects.
  • Cleaning: Fill a container with water and add a drop of dish soap. Dampen a sponge, clean the dirty area, remove excess moisture, and wipe with a dry cloth.
  • Storage: Store in a place without direct sunlight.
Technology
The weights consist of blocks placed on a special elastic band. Important: We do not recommend removing the blocks, as reinserting them can be difficult.
Each block is covered with soft-touch silicone for a secure grip. The elastic band stretches well, allowing size adjustment on the wrist or ankle. The weights fasten with a Velcro strap.
